Delivery area
We currently deliver within Egypt. Available delivery options, charges and any payment methods are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during high-demand periods may require additional processing time.
Estimated delivery
Typical delivery is 1–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote areas, public-holiday periods, severe weather or exceptional courier conditions may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we will help follow up on delayed orders.
Address and contact details
Please provide a complete and accurate address and an active Egyptian phone number. The courier may call to confirm delivery. An incomplete address, unreachable phone number or repeated failed delivery attempts may delay or cancel the shipment and may result in a new delivery charge where permitted by law.
Receiving your parcel
Check the outer packaging when the parcel arrives. If the parcel is visibly damaged or the item is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
